A week an a half of holidays and the biggest thing that i have to show for it is completing One on hard on Guitar Hero. Maybe i should do something a little more constructive with the remainder of my time off from school? No matter how hard i try to do something constructive i never get around to doing it. I put that down to my ‘can do’ attitude.
Despite the lack of constructive activities in my life I exel at things that are of less ‘moral’ importance such as Ikariam, late night television, youtube and sleeping into the afternoon. This creates a problem because of I have a lot of homework that i should be doing such as an english language essay, integration (math stuff), and various work in my folio for vis com (visual communication and design). I would like to achieve a good level of study over my break because I want to avoid leaving it all to the end like I have for many in the past. There’s still a gd week and a bit left so maybe i’ll furfill this wish eventually.
Enough with being a responsible student, here’s some more interesting stuff that has been happening in my life recently. I watched the Pick of Destiny. I heard that this movie wasn’t really worth watching from some fancy pants metrosexual reviewer in one of the big papers and I let him cloud my judgement of it. How wrong I was. This movie was awesome. Particularily because of the fact that Mealoaf and Ronnie James Dio made guest appearances in the first scene/song before the opening credits. I highly recomend you see it if you have an interest in rock.
Now for a bit of news. Power metal sextet DragonForce have anounced a trip to Australia to promote their new album in October. I doubt i’ll be able to go though so maybe someone could get me a t-shirt?
I’ve grown bored of typing ths now and i’m sure you’re feeling the same (that is if you havn’t stopped paying attention sentences ago) so i’ll leave it here for now.
